1tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/4tsPaprika
1/4tsOregano
1/4tsThyme
1/8tsGarlic powder
1/8tsChili powder
1tsParsley flakes
3/4cEvaporated milk
1 Egg
1/2cCracker crumbs
1/4cOnions - chopped
SAUCE
1/4lbMushrooms - sliced
3tbUnsalted butter
2 1/2tbFlour
1tsOnions - chopped
1/2tsPaprika
1/2tsSalt
3/4cCream
3/4cBeef broth

LOAF: Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, chili powder and parsley flakes. Toss with fork to mix. Combine evaporated milk and egg in bowl, stir in cracker crumbs and let soak for 5 minutes. Add to ground beef mixture with onions and mix well. Bake in 350F oven for 1-1/4 hours.

GRAVY: Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until limp. Combine flour, salt and paprika. Blend with mushrooms. Stir in broth and cream. Cook until thick and bubbly. Serve over sliced meatloaf.
